Hand-painted Yin Yang Necklace

20"black wax cord necklace with lobster clasp. Pendant size 2" x 1 1/2" oval. Hand-painted in acrylic paint on wood, and sealed in resin. Bold red is  the backdrop for a black and white Yin Yang. A Japanese inspired tree is Hand-painted on the back in black and red acrylic paint in top of a white background with artist initials at the bottom. The edge of the pendant is accented with gold acrylic paint. Black seed beads and gold toned metal beads accent the jump ring.A 6mm black glass bead with a gold dragon, and red and white seed beads accent the chain. The Yin Yang is a symbol for Daoism (Taoism) and represents the balance of everything from opposites, to darkness and light in this world.
